We’re fans of the Fresh Fish Maui Big Eye Tuna and Blue Marlin so had to try the Hamachi. Yes. Absolutely yes. This mild, white fish is lovely. We cut it into chunks, marinated in a citrus soy combination, put it on skewers and grilled it. So really excellent.
