Our company uses high-technology to speed up sales and delivery so you can have the freshest fish! Our fish-selling system enables you to have the highest quality, freshest fish possible. You can buy the fish before the boat has even gotten into the harbor for maximum freshness. Then, to make things easy for you we deliver your fish straight to your door!
Here’s how it works. While the boat is still in the ocean the captain will call in a catch report to our admin office that will immediately put the fish onto the website so it can be purchased.
As soon as the fish is added to the site we send out a message to our SMS and Email list to let them know we have fish available for purchase. A few minutes later (once the people on our SMS list have had a chance to order), we will then post a catch report on our social media feeds.
Once the fish gets back to land it is immediately transported to our commercial kitchen where it is cut and packaged for immediate delivery. We have a contactless delivery. As a courtesy, once your fish is delivered, we will take a picture of it and text it to you so that you know it arrived and where exactly it is located.

Hamachi does have substantially more bloodline than most of the fish we sell and it is incredibly expensive to import overnight from Japan that’s why hamachi sashimi is so expensive in restaurants. Unlike most fish, the bloodline on hamachi is actually tasty. We brought it in for some of our private chiefs by request and they were all very happy with the quality. However it is a more challenging fish to work with to serve correctly without experience.
All fish are different but Opakapaka and Onaga kept under 39 degrees are good for up to 14days. The only fish with a longer shelf life is Monchong and Swordfish, they remain almost unchanged for over 30 days.
Small platter is 1lb and large platter is 2.5 lbs.
For the Lobsters, please keep them cool, covered and moist in the refrigerator until ready to cook. Preferably cover them in wet paper towels in the fridge and make sure they can breathe.
Our fillets are cut to 1lb bags. Sometimes we are able to hit 1lb with just one fillet but often times our 1lb packages are made up of 1 or 2 fillets.

Yes. After making your order you will receive an Order Confirmation text. You can reply with your specifications, including delivery instructions and preferred date of delivery.
Same-day delivery is possible if the fish you ordered is available and we are able to process it before 10AM.
Our deliveries usually start going out every day at around noon to 1PM. I can't say the estimated time when it will be delivered in your area because it depends on the amount and location of orders that are on the delivery route that day. If you will be leaving for a while feel free to leave a small cooler and we will put it there. When your driver is leaving their previous drop they will call/text you to let you know they are on their way.
